Austrian 4x4 military truck made by Steyr-Daimler-Puch. It entered service with the Austrian Armed Forces (Bundesheer) in 1986 as the successor of the Steyr 680M and was used mainly for troop and cargo transport.
The cab comes from the civilian Steyr 91/92 truck range, and the civilian version of this model is the Steyr 12S18. The design was later the basis of the US Army FMTV truck family.
